| Total / month | $40.00 |
Same math at 12 users / 5 GB? $135. No phone call required.
FAQ
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs into Kitgy with their own credentials. Employees on payroll AND outside agencies / contractors / freelancers count equally. They can have different roles (Production, Reports, Admin, etc.) but they're all "users" for billing.
What about workstation kiosks?
Free. Workstations don't consume user seats — they use a shared kiosk login that operators clock into for their shift. You can have 50 workstations on a 1-user plan.
Are there limits on products / orders / work orders?
No. The plan tiers are about people and data storage, not throughput. A 1-user plan can handle 100,000 products if your shop produces that many.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Stripe handles billing — one click in Settings → Subscription. You keep access through the end of the current period. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is there a yearly discount?
Not yet — we're keeping the math simple while we figure out what customers actually want. Contact us if it's a dealbreaker.
Do you have a free tier?
A 30-day trial, not a perpetual free tier. Honestly: this kind of software needs to pay its hosting and support costs, and a free tier tends to attract users we can't sustainably support. The trial is enough time to know if Kitgy fits your shop.
