Products

Your catalog. One canonical record.

Every product lives in Kitgy with one SKU, one set of variants, one source of truth. Each connected store sees a per-channel listing record that points back to the canonical product. Edit once, push everywhere.

/products grid view โ€” SKU, title, price, on-hand, store-listing badges (small icons for each connected platform). ~1300×700.

Per-channel listings

One product, many storefronts.

The canonical product holds the inventory truth. Each connected store gets its own listing record — with channel-specific title, description, price overrides, image set. Sell the same physical SKU at different prices on Shopify vs. eBay if you want.

  • One inventory count, propagated to every channel
  • Per-channel title / description / price override
  • Per-channel external IDs tracked automatically
  • Bulk push: edit once, sync to N channels

Product edit / Listings tab

/products/edit/{id} on the Listings tab โ€” list of stores this product is on with per-store edit links. ~1100×700.

Variations

Variants without the spreadsheet.

Each variation is its own product record — unique SKU, its own price and stock. Edit them inline on the parent's Variations tab, or open one to fine-tune dimensions and per-store listings.

Variations table inside product edit

/products/edit/{id} Variations tab โ€” table of variants with inline price + on-hand editing. ~1100×600.

Quantity-break pricing

Volume discounts, baked in.

Set tier prices on the product itself: 10+ at $9, 50+ at $8. Quotes use them automatically. The eBay integration pushes them as VOLUME_DISCOUNT promotions. The REST API exposes a "what's the right price for qty N?" endpoint for custom integrations.

  • Configurable per product, per variation
  • Quote editor auto-applies the right tier price as qty changes
  • eBay VOLUME_DISCOUNT push (top 4 tiers; eBay's hard cap)
  • REST endpoint for custom integrations

Quantity break editor on product edit

/products/edit/{id} Pricing tab, scrolled to the Quantity break pricing section. Show 3-4 tiers configured, ideally with the eBay 4-tier-cap notice if > 4 tiers. ~1100×500.

Import

Bring your catalog in fast.

Three ways to populate Kitgy: pull from a connected store (Shopify, Etsy, etc. โ€” Kitgy reads your existing listings), bulk CSV import, or one-by-one manual entry. Mix and match.
